The Sweat-Equity Package: For the handy homeowner.

This is a great choice if you, family members or friends are in the home-improvement trade or if you want to participate in some of the tasks of building your own home (painting, tiling, building a deck, etc), but you still need a general contractor to get the job finished.

We work with you during the planning stages to determine what you can do and a budget for you to work from.  We have regular meetings for budget work, information and questions. 

If you complete your part of the agreement on schedule and below budget, you get the savings.
