We have many practices that have a big effect, such as; using vendors that promote sustainability, recycling or returning all unused materials, and preserving healthy existing trees. Other building practices include using the best technology for sealing doors and windows, excellent insulation to minimize heating and cooling costs, and installing 30 year composite roofs and energy efficient furnaces.
